This BBC reporter gets high on air and can’t stop laughing. Why? He’s trying to report about a pile of Heroin and other drugs burning behind him. And apparently, he inhaled some of the fumes and… Well, he is high!

It’s just so funny. The reporter obviously is inhaling smoke from the fire behind him, where 8.5 tons of Hashish (Marijuana), Opium and Heroin are burning. And he just can’t finish a sentence without breaking into laughter.
